1. How Do I Place Order?

Placing an order with us is easy. Simply follow the steps below.

  1. Click “Shop” to browse our website for a wide selection of health and beauty products.

  2. Click “Add to Cart” for the item(s) you wish to purchase.

  3. You can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the bag icon on the top right corner and then click “View Cart”.

  4. Review the item(s) in your cart and click “Checkout”.

  5. At the checkout page, you will be prompted to indicate your shipping and billing address.

  6. Before clicking “Place Order”, be sure to review your order as highlighted below

    • Review your delivery address

    • Review item and quantity in your cart

    • Apply promo code (if any)

    • Confirm Total Amount

  7. After checking out, you will receive a confirmation email as well as your order details in the email.

2. Can I Make Changes or Cancellation after I Place My Order?

We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes or modification to an order after it has been placed. 

3. How Do I Know if My Order Has Been Shipped?

You will receive another confirmation email that includes a unique consignment number once your order has been shipped.

4. How Do I Track My Order?

Your order can be tracked and traced using the link and consignment number provided in the confirmation email sent to you.

5. What Mode of Payment Do You Accept

At the moment, we only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal offers 24/7 transaction monitoring, anti-fraud technologies and buyer protection so you can shop with peace of mind. 

6. Do You Accept Payment by Credit or Debit Card?

We do not accept this mode of payment at the moment. However, we are working towards providing our customers with hassle free shopping experience. We might offer payment by credit and debit card on our website in the future. Keep a lookout on our website for more update. 

7. Where Do You Ship?

We are pleased to offer international shopping experience for our customers in various countries. NANO JAPAN aims to deliver to as many places as possible. However, due to restrictions and limitations, we are unable to make deliveries to the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia and Indonesia.

8. How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship

9. How Much Does Shipping Cost

At NANO JAPAN, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so you can get more value out of your purchase. If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery. Delivery fee will be offset automatically during checkout. However, this minimum spend is only applicable after discounts and vouchers have been applied. Otherwise, shipping fee to your country will be calculated automatically upon checkout. 

10. Do You Accept Exchanges and Returns?

We strive to make sure you are happy with our products and service, however, due to hygiene concerns, our products are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. If the item you receive is damaged, please contact our customer service consultants within 7 days of receipt. We are able to offer you a replacement if the item is in stock. 

11. Why is My Item on Backorder? 

Occasionally, an item for sale on NANO JAPAN is so popular that it must be restocked. You may still be able to order the item to reserve it, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Bag. Backorder shipping dates are subject to change in rare instances. We will email you with any date changes.
